Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience as a Baker or combination Baker’s Apprentice and Baker
• Mise en place, scaling, other prep
• Laminating and shaping viennoiserie products
• Weekend availability
• Ability to monitor food quality and presentation, uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Mixing various doughs and batters
• Pre-shaping, shaping, proofing, baking naturally leavened breads and baguettes
• Monitoring quality and presentation; maintaining sanitation
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hrs) and lift up to 50 lb as needed
• Support team; contribute ideas to improve menu and operations
