Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience as a Baker or Baker’s Apprentice.
• Mise en place, scaling and other prep.
• Mixing doughs and batters.
• Pre-shaping, shaping, proofing, baking breads and baguettes.
• Laminating and shaping viennoiserie products.
• Monitor quality and sanitation; maintain cleanliness.
• Team player and willing to pitch in where needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• California Food Handlers Certificate or obtain within 30 days.
• Curiosity to learn and grow in a dynamic bakery.

Responsibilities

• Fluency in basic math and baker’s percentage.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Work 40 hours per week; weekends required.
• Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation in all products.
