Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and/or move 15 to 30 pounds.
• SafeServ certification – training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Mix and bake bread, dinner rolls, and buns.
• Use electric mixers and other equipment.
• Follow established recipes.
• Maintain consistent ingredient mixing.
• Adjust oven temperatures as needed.
• Check baked goods for quality.
• Review production schedule to plan baking.
• Restock ingredients.
• Clean shelves, bins, tables, and coolers.
