Job summary

Team members work on the floor, engage customers, and help with seasonal offerings. No prior retail experience is required; a passion for natural foods and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.
• Positive attitude, energy, and passion for baking the best breads and pastries.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and POS tasks.
• Demonstrates cleanliness and adherence to health standards.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products and maintains the display.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Trains production personnel to high standards in industry.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists with selling techniques.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working environment and adheres to SOPs.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
