The wage range is $15.00-$24.40 per hour, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce breads and pastries.
• Prepare doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pies, and bars.
• Bake, cool, wrap, and label products.
• Stock dry goods.
• Develop recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Train production personnel to high standards.
• Plan production for events and holidays.
• Maintain Datapax system modules.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
