Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, operating ovens and mixers, monitoring bake times, labeling and storing items, managing inventory, reducing waste, and working weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of baking, pastry, or food preparation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, portion, shape, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment safely.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and appearance standards.
• Decorate, finish, and package baked goods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the bakery and work area.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and organization of bakery supplies.
