Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. bakery role seeks a customer-focused Baker to prepare and decorate breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes. You will manage daily production, maintain clean work areas, rotate ingredients, and keep displays appealing for customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions, taking special orders, and contributing to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts following established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; keep cases well-stocked and visually appealing.
