Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. seeks an enthusiastic Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts in a fast-paced in-store bakery. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate items, and maintain clean, well-stocked cases while ensuring quality and consistency.

You’ll interact with customers, handle special orders, and work closely with the bakery team to meet daily production needs and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients.
