Job summary

Daily Harvest is seeking a Baker at its Flagship Café in Fishtown, Philadelphia. The role involves producing baguettes, sourdoughs, and other artisan breads, requiring experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills.

This position demands early morning hours starting at 3:30 AM, as well as working weekends and holidays. Benefits include accrued paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of shaping and baking in a high-volume artisan bakery.
