Responsibilities

• Boil and bake bagels to CYM standards.
• Prep ingredients, stock supplies, and set up stations for service.
• Follow recipes and CYM standards to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product quality and communicate shortages, waste, or equipment issues to leadership.
• Keep workstations and production areas clean and food safe.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and allergen standards.
