Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager for arterial products in the United States, Florida. You will lead and develop Account Managers, drive regional revenue growth, market development, customer adoption, and operational excellence, building relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders.

You will own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets, develop and execute business plans, analyze performance and pipeline, recruit and coach talent, and ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• 3+ years in medical device sales leadership role preferred.
• Preferable, previous experience in peripheral vascular space.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share, accounts, and customer relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain key talent.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, planning, and feedback; address performance gaps and expectations.
• Monitor activity, pipeline, case coverage, account penetration, and productivity.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Develop cohesive working partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strat Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings and complete all necessary reports.
