Jobtailor seeks an experienced field-based Sales Specialist for PAD and CLTI in the U.S. to identify growth opportunities and align with physician champions, hospital leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.

You will drive therapy adoption across Artix and LimFlow with clinical education and program-building initiatives. You will collaborate with VTE Account Managers, deliver compelling clinical and financial portfolio presentations, and provide feedback to R&D and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • BS degree or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • 4+ years peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience.
  • 2+ years with Stryker or Inari sales/clinical preferred.
  • Experience in the peripheral arterial space.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD/CLTI.
  • Build alignment with physician champions, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and hospital leadership.
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and programs.
  • Create demand and expand access to Artix and LimFlow portfolios.
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets.
  • Deliver presentations on clinical and financial portfolio benefits to physicians and admins.
  • Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Act as clinical SME during national calls and training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Develop and disseminate insights during pre-sale/evaluation processes.
  • Support regional and national initiatives.

Job description

  • Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations
  • Build alignment with physician champions, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and hospital leadership
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives
  • Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets, aligned messaging, and real-time field insights
  • Deliver presentations on clinical and financial portfolio benefits to physicians and hospital administration
  • Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education on new-hire onboarding and ongoing training
  • Develop and disseminate insights to internal stakeholders during pre-sale and evaluation processes
  • Perform other responsibilities supporting regional and national initiatives
Requirements
  • BS degree preferred in a related field or 6 years of demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Minimum of 4 years preferred peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with Stryker or Inari sales/clinical preferred
  • Previous experience in the peripheral arterial space
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Clinical excellence and comfort in case-based environments

  • Proven leadership and ability to educate and develop others
