Job summary

Jobtailor in Newark, NJ seeks an experienced Medical Device Field Sales professional to identify growth opportunities in PAD and CLTI, build alignment with physicians and hospital leadership, and drive adoption of Artix and LimFlow therapies. You will lead education initiatives, develop programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand access.

The role requires at least 6 years of medical device sales, exceptional presentation skills, clinical excellence, and the ability to work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience
  • Current certifications and vendor credentials
  • Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Clinical excellence and comfort in case-based environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven leadership and ability to educate and develop others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Passion for patient-focused, team-based healthcare solutions
  • Robust sales and business acumen
  • Strong communication habits using company systems and tools
  • At least 2 years of experience with Stryker or Inari sales/clinical (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the peripheral arterial space (preferred)
  • May be required to obtain COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations
  • Build alignment with physician champions, multidisciplinary stakeholders, and hospital leadership
  • Drive therapy adoption through clinical expertise, education, and program-building initiatives
  • Create demand and expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios
  • Execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers using shared targets and aligned messaging
  • Deliver presentations on clinical and financial portfolio benefits to physicians and hospital administration
  • Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and educational events
  • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during national calls and training programs
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education on onboarding and ongoing training
  • Develop and disseminate insights during pre-sale and evaluation processes
  • Perform other responsibilities supporting regional and national initiatives
  • Collaborate with interventionalists, vascular surgeons, service line leadership, internal cross-functional teams, local Account Managers, and Field Clinical Specialists
  • Travel approximately 80%
