Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or current employment with Blick.
• Proven ability to uphold customer service standards and drive sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support all Blick stores in the LA Market (Beverly, West LA, Santa Monica, Pasadena).
• Increase sales, develop customer relationships, and maintain art community partnerships.
• Train staff on customer experience standards and oversee custom services desk operations.
