Job summary

Sotheby’s is seeking an Analyst within the Client Success team to support the Head of Client Success and Associates across new deal activity, closing and funding, collateral diligence, and portfolio servicing in a fast-paced lending environment.

You will coordinate documentation, maintain internal systems, and assist with diligence, closing processes, and ongoing servicing, working with multiple stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience in art market, automotive or auction-related business is a plus.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, execution, closing, and funding of loans and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.
• Support borrower and collateral diligence, including review of ownership and provenance.
• Coordinate compliance approvals and follow-up on closing and post-closing requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized transaction files.
• Assist with portfolio servicing, invoices, insurance, inspections, and collateral reporting.
