Job summary

Sotheby's in New York seeks an Analyst in the Client Success team to provide day-to-day execution and administrative support to the Head of Client Success and Associates across new loan activity, closing and funding, collateral diligence, and portfolio servicing.

This fast-paced role emphasizes organization, proactive follow-through, coordination of documentation, and partnership with Credit, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years in financial services, lending, or analytics.
• Experience with collateral diligence and loan lifecycles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, execution, closing, and funding of loans and amendments.
• Prepare materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.
• Assist with borrower diligence, ownership, provenance, and documentation.
• Coordinate approvals and post-closing requirements; maintain files.
• Support collateral location, inspections, and logistics; portfolio servicing.
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Associates and Head of Client Success.
