  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience coordinating events, procurement, and budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate gallery programs and daily operations for Howard University Gallery of Art (HUGA).
  • Manage procurement, travel authorizations, and contracts for projects.
  • Support exhibition development, collections work, and reporting to the executive director.
  • Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to run events smoothly.
  • Oversee internships and work-study programs within the unit.
  • Maintain the gallery constituent database and assist with budgeting.
