Job Overview

We’re seeking a collaborative and imaginative Art Director to lead creative for our Good Store brand at DFTBA.

About Good Store: Good Store offers intentionally sourced everyday products designed to delight, built to last, and committed to doing good. With 100% of profits donated to high-impact charities, we are expanding our audience, product lines, and impact. We need a visionary Art Director to shape and carry forward our creative identity.

Responsibilities

1. Define and execute creative direction for all Good Store brands, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
2. Lead the visual development of new product lines and campaigns, collaborating with the General Manager and Marketing & Website Manager.
3. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual elements across website, packaging, social media, and other channels.
4. Create high-quality assets including website images, copy, packaging, social content, and advertising creatives.
5. Oversee content projects like photoshoots and partner-generated content.
6. Contribute to branding for new products from concept to launch.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years as an Art Director or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, product, and marketing design.
• Previous project management experience (3+ years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (Google Drive, Asana, Trello, Airtable).
• Strong brand awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.

Position Details

• Type: Full-time, Exempt
• Location: Missoula, MT or Remote (US-based)
• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year, DOE
