The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with strong communication and project management skills, and an interest in arts and luxury sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in event planning, higher education administration, communications, employer relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/database systems.
  • Experience coordinating events and working with external stakeholders preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and workshops.
  • Manage timelines, registrations, room bookings, catering, audiovisual needs, and day-of-event operations.
  • Serve as primary contact for employers and alumni at Career Services events.
  • Prepare run-of-show materials, name badges, signage, presentations, and post-event communications.
  • Track attendance and report event metrics and feedback.
