Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Business Development professional for Applied Technology, focusing on the Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) enterprise. You will drive opportunities across USASOC, 1st SFC HQ, and SF Groups, building strong ARSOF relationships and leveraging programs while pursuing new market opportunities.

You will provide technical support, demonstrate capabilities to partners, and translate complex requirements to ensure AT products meet ARSOF needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR with 10+ years of experience.
• Substantial knowledge of the U.S. Special Operations community, Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and its leadership structure, and procurement cycles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Over 50% travel requirement across ARSOF locations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AT products to USASOC/USASFC leadership and end users.
• Grow ARSOF business by identifying opportunities and supporting capture.
• Interpret customer requirements to influence product roadmaps.
• Manage the BD process for ARSOF opportunity identification, forecasting, and capture.
• Support testing and technical experiments for SOF ruggedization.
• Engage ARSOF partners and organizations across multiple sites.
