Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Seattle seeks an experienced Business Development professional for Applied Technology with a primary focus on the Army Special Operations Forces. You will drive opportunities across USASOC, 1st SFC, and SF Groups, building relationships from HQ to tactical teams and translating customer needs into actionable product and capture plans.

You will provide technical support, demo capabilities, collaborate across BD, Field Services, Development Engineering, and Senior Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in defense/business development.
• Substantial knowledge of the U.S. Special Operations community, SIGINT/EW leadership, and procurement cycles.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AT products to ARSOF leadership and end users, emphasizing value for ground and airborne operations.
• Grow the business by identifying opportunities across ARSOF and supporting capture efforts.
• Translate customer requirements to influence product roadmaps and development.
• Manage the BD process with emphasis on ARSOF opportunities, forecasting, and capture.
• Participate in product testing and technical experiments to optimize for SOF environments.
