Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Support Manager to drive new client startups, provide site leadership support, and oversee the ARRE program across client locations. You will coordinate transitions to meet contractual timelines, manage training and hardware for ARRE, and develop program improvements while supporting the site operations teams.

Qualifications

• Technical program development knowledge and process/workflow improvement skills, including AI.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotics and controls.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office suite.
• Ability to travel extensively and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Security clearance eligibility and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business startup activities from a prescribed plan with internal owners and clients.
• Administer ARRE program: training, hardware assignment, tracking and support.
• Provide administrative and technical leadership for multiple contracts including cost, schedule and performance.
• Plan staffing to achieve milestones and deliverables; manage staffing levels.
• Interface with customers regularly to support engineering, program management and feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
