Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking an On-site International Technical Program Lead to support technical assessments and collaborate with program managers, Government staff, and partner-nations. The role begins as an understudy and develops into full program leadership, including multi-week overseas site visits and U.S.

travels. You will coordinate field logistics, ensure export/import compliance, and produce technical data for government stakeholders, while guiding long-term

Formación

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and CI polygraph eligibility.
• BS in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics with 8–10 years of experience or MS/PhD with 6–8 years.
• Experience planning and managing field projects including logistics and security constraints.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to brief customers.
• Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies to diverse problems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as understudy and eventual lead for planning, preparing, executing, and documenting multi-week overseas technical assessments.
• Conduct onsite technical work and lead development of materials for US Government stakeholders.
• Manage all field logistics including travel, export/import considerations, equipment readiness, and coordination of multiple agendas.
• Support long-term strategy and relationship building with partners and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with international agreements, Project Security Instructions, and export/import regulations.
• Participate in crafting 5–10 year program agreements and maintain continuity across multi-year cycles.
