Job summary

AAR in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Project Site Manager to serve as the senior onsite Contractor manager and primary contact for day-to-day operations across maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and administration.

You will lead task orders, ensure deliverables meet the statements of work and safety requirements, supervise the contractor workforce, coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Government personnel, and maintain compliant performance in a high-tempo aviation

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aviation maintenance leadership experience in military/government/contractor environments.
• Ability to manage maintenance teams, shift operations, and production priorities.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance documentation, inspections, and quality requirements.
• Experience with Security/Safety compliance and ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior onsite Contractor representative and maintain daily communication with Government personnel.
• Lead task order execution and ensure contractors perform work per the SOW and safety requirements.
• Own and submit all deliverables, reports, rosters, and corrective actions related to staffing and performance metrics.
• Manage onsite workforce, shift coverage, qualifications, and training records.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance priorities and coordinate schedule changes and launches.
