Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States is seeking an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator to work remotely on ARPA-H programs, helping shape R&D concepts and oversee proposals.

You will collaborate with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, and IT professionals to manage solicitations, track proposals, and coordinate cost proposals and technical evaluations for health innovation projects.

Qualifications

• Active Public Trust or ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required per contract.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five years or more work experience.
• Experience with contracting/procurement in government or research environments.
• Ability to track metrics and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience evaluating IT systems and process improvements.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and administration of ARPA-H programs and projects for a Mission Office portfolio.
• Assist in development of solicitations and related documents.
• Manage ISO proposals; track negotiations.
• Coordinate cost proposals and technical evaluations across ARPA-H.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, and IT professionals.
• Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving to advance the portfolio.
