Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services is seeking an ISO Coordinator to support ARPA-H programs, coordinating solicitations, proposals, cost evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration across health R&D initiatives. You will interface with scientists, engineers, and program managers to drive proposals and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Understanding of Contracting and/or Procurement, preferably in a government or research environment.
• Capable of tracking metrics and managing multiple parallel projects.
• Ability to evaluate IT systems and processes and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence information management systems.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct independent research, analyze data and make recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required per contract.
• Active Public Trust or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of solicitations and related documents.
• Manage ISO proposals; track negotiations.
• Coordinate within the Mission Office and ARPA-H for cost proposals and technical evaluations.
• Build relationships with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and advisors.
• Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive the portfolio forward.
