Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business management, acquisitions, or contracting.
Experience tracking metrics effectively and managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of contracting or procurement.
Knowledge of information management systems, including Jira and Confluence.
Ability to evaluate IT systems and processes and recommend improvements.
Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
Independent research, data analysis, and recommendations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and administration of ARPA-H programs and projects for a Mission Office portfolio.
Assist in the development of solicitations and related documents.
Manage ISO proposals and tracking negotiations.
Coordinate within the Mission Office and across ARPA-H for cost proposals and technical evaluations.
Collaborate effectively within a team and build relationships with scientists and engineers.
Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving to drive the portfolio forward.
