Intertwine LLC is seeking an Innovation Acquisition Lead to support ARPA‑H programs, using OT governing structures to help shape R&D concepts and healthcare ecosystems. You’ll manage ISO proposals, cost and technical evaluations, and coordinate with Government Program Managers and performance teams.

You will own end‑to‑end processes, interface with contractors and public stakeholders, and ensure momentum and robust data management using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required, with five or more years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of contracting and/or procurement, preferably in a government or research environment.
• Demonstrated ability to track metrics effectively and to manage multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate IT systems and processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend functional improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with information management systems, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong client or customer engagement required, proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with government stakeholders, performer teams, and cross‑functional partners, and to serve as a dependable point of contact in a high‑visibility client environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally with members of the public.
• Demonstrated ability conducting independent research, analyze data, and make recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to prioritize work.
• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
• Active federal government Public Trust, or the ability to obtain one.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end coordination for ARPA‑H OT-based programs and acquisitions.
• Support solicitation development and related acquisition documentation; manage ISO proposals end‑to‑end.
• Track metrics and coordinate across Mission Office for cost proposals and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and other advisors.
• Represent Intertwine Associates and the client with professionalism across touchpoints.
• Communicate complex processes clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Evaluate IT systems and processes, identify optimization opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Engage in independent research, analyze data, and make recommendations.
• Possess strong client engagement and interface with Government Program Manager and stakeholders.
