Aspire Talent Solutions in Washington state seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic. This permanent, full-time role operates within the PCMH model and collaborates with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include advanced clinical assessments, care management, patient education, accurate documentation within 48 hours, and meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• ARNP graduate with WA licensure required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic essential.
• Prescriptive authority required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Complete fee slips with appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: 3,400 encounters per year (FTE).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients via self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
