Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a community health organization. The role collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care across diverse patient populations.

As part of the PCMH model, the ARNP will perform advanced assessments, develop care plans, and support patient self-management while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to HIPAA

Qualifications

• RN and ARNP licensure in Washington State.
• Prescriptive authority in WA required.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data in patient care decisions.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within a 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
