Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington to join a patient-centered, community-based care team. This permanent, full-time role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across diverse populations.

The ARNP will conduct advanced assessments, coordinate care, educate patients, document accurately, and meet productivity

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
