Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating within the Patient Centered Medical Home model. You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.

The role emphasizes advanced clinical assessments, care coordination, patient education, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop teaching plans to support patients in achieving optimal health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters/year, FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
