Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health system. The role collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nurses to deliver high-quality care in a PCMH setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage illnesses, educate patients, and ensure timely charting while supporting care coordination and population health initiatives. WA licensure and prescriptive authority are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in broad primary care clinic settings (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour window (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity: at least 3,400 encounters per year full-time.
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
