Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patients' health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95%+).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters/year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management and clinical education of staff.
