Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Washington to join a patient-centered team operating within the PCMH model.

You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care across diverse populations. This full-time, permanent role offers relocation assistance, competitive salary, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington State.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients’ health goals.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and plans prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management and education of health professionals.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
