Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization in Washington.

The role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care. The ARNP will perform advanced assessments, develop teaching plans, ensure timely documentation, and support care coordination.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use sound, independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Discharge planning and patient self-management education.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients before execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of students and other health professionals.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
