Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization in Washington. The ARNP provides comprehensive primary care within a PCMH model, collaborates with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff, and delivers high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in broad primary care clinic settings (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95%+).
• Meet productivity expectations (min 3,400 encounters/year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor health panels.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and plans to patients before execution.
• Support quality management, peer review, and staff development.
