Connectly Recruiting seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a patient-centered, community-based health organization operating under a PCMH model. You will collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care across diverse patient populations in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patient health.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour timeline (95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and departmental practice development.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
