Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. This full-time position operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience with minor surgical techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving optimal health.
• Use independent clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support education of student nurse practitioners.
