Job summary

A dedicated defense contractor is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide technical support for the Army National Guard’s Training and Range Support Program. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in training TADSS systems, instructor capability, and technical knowledge of military operations. The role is full-time with responsibilities that include conducting training and managing support for military exercises. Some travel within the U.S. may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Familiarity with live training for Active, Reserve, and National Guard elements.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Conduct operator training/certification.
• Perform nationwide exercise support.
• Assist in technical integration and evaluation of TADSS.
