Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide training support for the Army National Guard. Candidates must have experience in training and doctrinal implementation of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). Responsibilities include conducting simulation and gunnery training, ensuring operational systems are ready for classes, and assisting with nationwide exercises. A minimum of 3 years of experience and valid vehicle licensing are required. This is a full-time position for candidates able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Must be experienced as an instructor or staff member.
• Should possess valid licensing to operate government vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Conduct training for the Army National Guard's various operational needs.
• Research and revise training materials.
