Job summary

A defense services contractor is seeking a full-time Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide training and support for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Training and Range Support Program across various locations in the United States. Responsibilities include delivering simulation and gunnery training, performing Ground TADSS functions, and ensuring the operational readiness of training systems. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with TADSS and strong instructor capabilities. A DoD SECRET Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Technical knowledge of TC‑20.31, Training and Qualification Crew.
• Valid licensing and training to operate Government Owned Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Conduct training operator certification.
• Perform Ground TADSS functions across locations.
• Research and participate in creating lesson plans and program instructions.
