Job summary

A defense contracting firm is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to support gunnery training and exercise coordination across various states. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in TADSS training and instructor roles, must obtain a DoD SECRET clearance, and should have valid vehicle operation credentials. Responsibilities include nationwide exercise support and training system management, ensuring operational readiness prior to classes. Travel may be required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience as an instructor, staff or cadre member is essential.
• Valid licensing for government-owned vehicles and forklift machinery required.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training across the U.S.
• Assist in delivery, inspection and acceptance procedures.
• Coordinate system development and fielding for government approval.

Skills

Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS

Instructor experience

Operating experience with Armor and Infantry TADSS

Technical knowledge of TC‑20.31 and TC 3‑20.31‑4

Operating EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES
