Job summary

A defense services firm is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to support Army National Guard training initiatives across various locations in the US. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience operating various training systems for military applications.
• Able to secure a DoD SECRET Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training for military personnel.
• Conduct operator training and certification.
• Research and create lesson plans for training protocols.
• Assist in system development and integration for military operations.

Experience with Armor and Infantry TADSS

Technical knowledge of TC-20.31

Valid vehicle operation license
