Job summary

A defense contractor is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide gunnery training and support for the Army National Guard's Training and Range Support Program. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in training and staff roles, particularly with TADSS. The position requires technical knowledge and the ability to secure a DoD SECRET Clearance. Travel is part of the role, and it offers a full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experience as an instructor/staff member.
• Technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Conduct operator training and certification.
• Perform Ground TADSS functions.
• Participate in the creation of lesson plans.

Skills
