Job summary

A leading defense contractor in Little Falls, MN, is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide comprehensive training and support for Army National Guard programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and TADSS, along with instructor experience. Key duties include providing simulation training, operator certification, and technical integration. This full-time role requires travel, and potential candidates must be eligible for a DoD SECRET Clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Must be experienced as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training.
• Provide operator training/certification.
• Perform technical integration, analysis, and training of TADSS.
• Train and assist units conducting CRX rotations.
