Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking a Simulation Training Instructor/Operator to provide comprehensive training support for the Army National Guard. This role involves simulation gunnery training, operator training, and logistical support across multiple locations in the U.S. Candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience and be eligible for a DoD SECRET Clearance. This is a full-time position requiring travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
• Experienced as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
• Able to get a DoD SECRET Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulation and gunnery training for various systems.
• Conduct operator training/certification.
• Participate in creation and revision of training materials.
• Provide guidance to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with system development and fielding.
