Stantec’s Buildings team in Honolulu invites a Principal Architectural Lead to guide the design and delivery of major federal projects, working with NAVFAC, USACE, USCG, and GSA partners. You will lead a cross-disciplinary team across North America and Indo-Pacific regions, shaping complex facilities from concept through construction.

This role requires strong client relationships, leadership, and a track record of growing revenue while delivering high‑quality design solutions.

• Experience leading large architectural projects in federal sector.
• Ability to interface with leaders across North America.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering major projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major architectural projects.
• Interface with architectural and engineering leaders across North America to thrive within the integrated design practice.
• Sustain and grow revenue within the Indo-Pacific region and collaborate across the North American market, helping attract top tier clients and achieve top line growth for the Federal sector.
• Collaborate with technical and managerial project leads to achieve key operational and financial metrics.
• Lead local and regional business development pursuits to achieve growth goals in line with Stantec policies.
• Serve as a seller-doer generating work and long-term client value for Stantec.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships with current and prospective clients and partners.
• Contribute to thought leadership and brand of Stantec at client engagements and events.
• Mentor and coach next generation of designers and thought leaders.
