Qualifications

• The Contract Installation Manager leads TAP operations and coordinates with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Provides leadership for installation-level operations and support for Soldier transitions.
• Ensures service quality, compliance with Army TAP requirements and contract standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, facilities coordination, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Installation TAP Manager, Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with approved curriculum, Army policies, performance standards and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, assign workloads, manage leave and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance records, appointments, feedback, data entry, case documentation and site reporting.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, staffing and risks.
• Resolve site-level issues with facilities, equipment, and systems access.
• Support onboarding, CAC/badging activities, network access and knowledge transfer.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
