Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 5+ years; or HS diploma with 9+ years.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with SDRs and IP-based tactical routing.
• Knowledge of US Army procurement pathways and Army Futures Command priorities.
• Proficiency with RF instruments (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%) to DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze US Army Capability Set requirements and map gaps to our tactical radio capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify end-to-end product solutions and partner synergies.
• Design and build demonstrations tailored to the Army and field-test architectures.
• Lead technical planning, network configuration, and live field trials with BD and Applications Engineering.
• Engage Army program managers and DoD stakeholders to translate capabilities into program requirements.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with accurate, aligned proposals.
• Build advisory relationships with Chief Engineers and technical evaluators.
• Translate Army feedback into actionable product roadmaps.
